Et Voilà ! Camelina and shallot salad dressing

1 tbsp dijon mustard

1 tbsp old style mustard

2 tbsp red wine vinegar

1 tbsp maple syrup

1/2 dry shallot finely chopped

1 branch of parsley finely chopped

4 tbsp et voilà! camelina oil

Salt and pepper


Whip together the mustards, vinegar and maple syrup. Add the dry shallot and parsley. Pour the oil while wipping. Add salt and pepper.

Enjoy with your green salad. Et Voilà! your omegas!
