Grilled camelina flavored vegetables

Ingredients

4 dry shallots, peeled and cut in half

1 small eggplant, thinly sliced

1 red pepper, seeded and sliced in 8 strips

1 yellow pepper, seeded and sliced in 8 strips

⅓ cup et voilà! camelina oil

Salt and pepper

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 375°F.

In a big bowl, pour de camelina oil over the vegetables and mix well.

Transfert onto pre-heated baking sheet and grill vegetables in the oven or on the upper BBQ grill for 30 minutes.
