200g Small brie wheel
1/3 cup camelina honey (if possible)
¼ cup cranberry
3 c. tablespoons of camelina seeds
Camelina oil fillet
1 Fresh sliced baguette
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
- Place the brie in a baking dish.
- Pour the honey over the brie then add the cranberries.
- Add the camelina seeds and then the drizzle of camelina oil.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Serve whole with a sliced baguette.
