450 g lean ground beef
1 finely chopped onion
30 ml (2 tbsp.) Camelina seeds
15 ml (1 tbsp.) Camelina oil
60 ml (¼ cup) freshly squeezed apple juice from Quebec
15 ml (1 tablespoon) store-bought BBQ sauce
15 ml (1 tablespoon) of grilling (or BBQ) spice
15ml (1 tablespoon) onion salt
Salt and pepper
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Assemble the meatballs
- Cook on the BBQ grill.
- Serve with your favorite toppings
