1/3 cup (100 ml) plain Greek yogurt

1/2 tbsp. (2.5 mL) grated Parmesan cheese

1 clove of pressed garlic

1 tsp. (5 ml) lemon juice

1 tsp. (5 mL) Dijon mustard

2 tbsp. (30 ml) camelina oil

Pepper to taste

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in a Mason jar and shake vigorously.
