1/3 cup of camelina honey Signe Cameline
3 c. old-fashioned mustard or Dijon mustard
4 c. Camelina Oil Signe Cameline
1 grated garlic clove
Salt and pepper to taste
1- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
2- Pour the marinade into a freezer bag or an airtight container and add the chicken pieces you want to marinate.
3- Leave to marinate for 30 minutes to 24 hours before cooking the chicken.
The quantity of marinade is suitable for 4 chicken breasts, 6 to 8 boneless thighs cut into pieces and a dozen chicken drumsticks.
